Refund policy

Lisa Webb accepts the return of unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 21 days of order receipt for a refund. Online purchases can only be returned for a refund via post, to Lisa Webb. Lisa Webb cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. We strongly recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.

Purchases made at Lisa Webb stockists are subject to the return policies and procedures of that stockist and will not be accepted for return in person or via post directly to Lisa Webb. 

Any bespoke or custom pieces are final sale, and cannot be returned for exchange or credit. This does not include pieces that are purchased as ‘Made to Order’ or ‘Pre-Order’ through our online store. All items purchased on lisawebb.co.nz on sale are final. Sale items are not available for an exchange, credit or refund. Please choose carefully.

Faulty Items

If a faulty item is received, please contact our team to arrange return via post to Lisa Webb for assessment. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item. Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Lisa Webb.

Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions for all Lisa Webb items, as those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund. Lisa Webb offers, where able and with costs incurred by the customer, the repair of faulty items considered that of reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment.

How to Process a Return

Customers must contact Lisa Webb by email within 21 days from the date of purchase in order to make a return for a refund.

In order to process your exchange or credit note, please email studio@lisawebb.co.nz with the following information:

  • Original order reference number

  • Date of purchase

  • State the reason for return

If accepted, returns must be sent via express post or registered post and directed to:

Please note: Lisa Webb will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases (other than faulty items) for the exchange of change of mind items. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.

Lisa Webb reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
